Excellent care provided - I only have praise for the work done, we are fortunate to have such a caring, high quality facility.

I'm very happy, it's the atmosphere, the friendliness, it's great, they know the family, it's relaxed, it's a good place. It's been the best thing, it has marvellous standard, marvellous. Every member of staff really cares, you couldn't ask for better care.

It's absolutely lovely, praise to everyone from the gardeners to the manager. I'm really lucky to be here, excellent, I can't praise them enough.
